> Financial Achievement
During
the year 2004-2005 the Agency could be able to generate Rs. 27,48316.00
lacs through its own resources by way of Registration, Inspection and
Tagging/ Sealing etc. Rs. 30.00 lacs were given by the H.P. State government
as G.I.A. to meet out the expenses on salaries and establishment charges.The
certification charges being charged by the Agency on account of services
rendered by it are given under
seed certification charges.
Income
and Expenditure During the year under report the Agency could
be able to have income from registration and inspection fees amounting
to Rs. 9,88,755.00. The income from sealing charges was 16,72,511.00.
The total income from all sources was 27,48,316.00. An amount of Rs. 30.00
lac was received from the H.P. State Government as Grant-in-aid. Govt.
of India has also provided Rs. 15.00 lakh grant for strengthening the
infrastructure in the Agency. The total expenditure of the Agency was
Rs. 57,14,386.00. There was a short fall of Rs. 1,13,839.00.The income
and expenditure of the Agency, since its inception to 2003-2004, is given
below:
